Genaya7 presents.......... DUBBLES ON ICE!

Today, Genaya7 hosted dubbles on ice! The acts were unbelievable, all the participants were amazing! I couldn't stay for all of it but here are some pics!

Celebrating 100 posts!

Follow Your Dreams!

            Hi Dubbles. Today I am writing about Following Your Dreams.             

Every person has to have a goal or a dream. Because by setting goals, you achieve more. If you have something that you want to achieve; it can be anything. NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE. EVEN THE WORD ITSELF SAYS I'MPOSSIBLE.

 

I have a dream. That is to be a swimmer or a tennis player. Some people may think that is hard. But when you break it down and train hard, you will notice you will be much closer to your dream. You have to take it one step at a time. You can't run before you learn how to walk; you can't walk before you learn how to crawl. It might take more time but it will be more efficient and easier. 

It's not just wishing that will make your dream become true,  it is the hard work you are willing to put into your dream. Remember: "There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve: the fear of failure."

Right now I am training 6 times a week, each session 2 hours to 2 1/2 . I qualified for Nationals (which is when the best swimmers from the whole country compete). I came in the top 15 but to become a pro swimmer I need to set a goal, continue to improve so I can be among the top 7. 

I BELIEVE THAT WHATEVER YOUR GOAL IS, IT WILL BE POSSIBLE. HAVE A GOAL. WHATEVER IT MAY BE! IT DOESN'T NEED TO BE A SPORT BUT IT CAN BE ANYTHING! E.G. AN ARTIST, AUTHOR....

I have a friend, she wants to be an artist. She is amazing. She has won a lot of competitons and everytime we need to do art at school, every student asks her for help. She has an amazing talent, however you don't have to have a talent to set your own challenge!

So have goals, BELIEVE & NEVER GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
